In case you want to delete your account or resign from TOMODACHI GUIDE, please follow the steps as described on "delete your account" by going to "account" on your page first.
If you booked tours as a guest in that case, you cannot get refund unless you cancel every single one of tours respectively. Please cancel all tours before you leave so that we can refund you in accordance to our cancelation policy. Once your account is deactivated, we cannot accept your refund request. Please make sure of said detail as well.
If you want to leave from our service despite having a reservation, we will impose a penalty on you by the section 15 of our cancelation regulation. In this case, guests can get refund fully as all tours are canceled.
