How does a guest request a recipt or itineray for guests' trip?

Currently TOMODACHI GUIDE does not issue receipts and itineraries on our website.
Regarding the receipt for guests, "Confirmation mail" sent from noreply@huber-japan.com will be sent after guests book the trip and make a settlement with Paypal. This confirmation mail is a substitute for the receipt.
Regarding the itinerary, please confirm "Tour Infomation" in the message thread with guides. The contents of a detailed trip may be filled in. About a rough itinerary, you can also know by exchanging messages between guests and guides. Let's see messages once more.
