Hanami at The Heart of Sapporo
We strolled through the park and bathe our eyes with a beautiful sceneries of Sakura! A lot of people may not know about this, but you can still view Sakura even in late April at Hokkaido.
We've Discovered a Hidden Gem
This photo was captured right in front of Hoheikan Pavillion, a site with a great historical importance to Sapporo. Definitely a hidden gem of a spot for Sakura viewing.
Feel The Warmth of Local Stores
We ate Japanese typical food. After a delightful lunch together, we spent the rest of the day shopping! Bouncing from one store to another!
Till We Meet Again
Before we parted ways, we presented our gift to the guests. We promised one another to meet again one day! So instead of "goodbye" we said "see you next time."
Meet up at Nakashima Koen St.
Visit Hoheikan
Lunch at a Japanese restaurant
Do shopping
Observe local sweet makers
See you again
After an unexpected cold sakura-viewing experience, my trusty support, Satoko chose the perfect lunch for us and it made both me and my guest really happy! We then spend the rest of our trip wandering around general stores. Needless to say, it was an amazing day out!
Guest
Since it was our second meeting, me and my guests were already pretty close with one another. We managed to spend time not as a guest and a guide, but as friends. We've explored different places and embrace its unique culture. We conversed about a lot of things, and after this trip I can confidently said that we have made amazing memories together.
